What is Love'n Park?
Love'n Park is a non-profit app designed to help metropolitans explore and preserve Sofia's Hunting Park.
How does the app help protect the park?
The Love'n Park app is the easiest and most convenient way to report an irregularity in the park to Sofia Municipality.
How do I report an irregularity?
Reporting an irregularity is done by pressing the "Report" button in the app. Attached to the alert is the location, a photo, a brief description and the date and time when the irregularity was noticed. Finally, these data are submitted to the Metropolitan Municipality.
What is the response time to an alert?
By law, the Metropolitan Municipality has 30 days in which to process the alert and issue an opinion on the next course of action.
Will I be contacted by a representative of the Municipality?
No, we are committed to leading all communication with Sofia Municipality around the signals created.
